Vanity and cabinetry upgrades, from floating vanities to full built-in storage solutions
Fixture and hardware replacement, including faucets, showerheads, lighting, and exhaust fans
Plumbing rough-in and layout changes to reposition fixtures or expand the footprint
Flooring installation, including heated floor systems, luxury vinyl, and natural stone
Full demolition and structural prep when starting from bare walls

A Process That Keeps You in the Loop
One of the most common frustrations homeowners have with renovation contractors is being left in the dark. At Why Keep The Faith Contracting, transparency is built into how we work. You will have a single point of contact throughout your bathroom remodel, and we keep you updated at every stage, from initial planning and permitting through final walkthrough.
We pull all required permits, manage subcontractors, and hold ourselves to a realistic schedule. If something changes, you hear about it from us first.
One of the biggest frustrations homeowners face is the disconnect between the designer and the builder. With Keep The Faith Contracting, your designer and your builder are the same team. That means design decisions are made with real construction knowledge, and nothing gets lost in translation when the project moves from planning to build.
You will have a single point of contact from your first design meeting through the final walkthrough, which keeps communication clear and timelines on track.
